Stuart did a Fantastic job replacing our guttering and downpipes. All communication with Sarah was efficient and well managed. Stuart worked hard and left everything very tidy.

Stu and his team have just installed all black facias, soffits and guttering on my house. They've done a great job and we're so clean and tidy throughout the whole process. Plus they were really friendly and helpful with offering advice.

Morgan Construction were recommended by a friend, who had work carried out , by Stuart and his team. I wasn’t disappointed, when I met Stuart, he came out to view my property promptly and offered me extensive quotes, for different options of the potential works. I had fascias, soffits and guttering replacements. I had cladding done and also a complete roofing ridge lifted and replaced properly, ( the ridge was in a poor state after another contractor worked on it ) I also had moss removed from my roof. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and Stuart is a perfectionist. The whole team were friendly, polite, very tidy in their work and nothing was too much trouble. I was kept up to date with photo's and messages of progress, which was very helpful. I would definetly recommend Morgan Construction. My property has been transformed !

After a long time waiting for the right builder and many false starts, I felt I could trust Stuart and in doing so he aimed to please. Being someone who really knows his trade he worked with me to see the outcome we wanted and with a great team worked to achieve an even better all round finish to my facias, soffits and gutters than expected, making the house look new again. His attention to detail, levels, aesthetics and a qualify finish has really brought attention to all aspects of the house. Great work Stuart.

Can't fault Stuart or Mike with the hard work they put in replacing our fascias, soffits and guttering to our house. They were brilliant and it all looks great since it's been completed. Stuart was very quick to always reply to my emails/texts with questions etc, he was very quick to quote and has great customer service skills. He is a perfectionist so the work completed is to a very high standard. I highly recommend them and would happily contact them again in the future for any other requirements we have.

Works carried out - replace soffits, fascias and guttering around the house (c. 60 metres) and replace cement at gable end. I have never left a review for a product and service before but my experience with Stuart (and Mike) was so positive, I felt compelled do so. Always found it stressful dealing with tradesmen, chasing them endlessly to quote or if they are responsive, more often than not they tend to be the most expensive. I have always gone with the middle quote and results have been a mixed bag, sometimes finish is good other times I wish I had gone with the higher quote! I had no such issues with Stuart. He turned up to quote when he said he would, gave his pricing very quickly, was responsive to my queries and available to do the job within the same month. Stuart seemed a genuinely nice guy and pricing was the best out of the 4 quotes I had received. Despite all the plus points I had reservations about going with Stuart as he simply seemed too good to be true but I really need not have worried. Our instincts proved right and we are so pleased to have had Stuart and Mike work on our house :) They were extremely hardworking and even worked through the days of torrential rain that hit us. Stuart is very knowledgeable about his trade and is meticulous in his work to achieve a high standard finish. He kept us informed of his progress throughout, including a detailed text at the end of each day outlining what he had completed so far and what he would be doing next. Stuart and his team have been amazing, from the first time I called him to him leaving the property. Very professional and excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable and he spent time explaining and going through the work he was going to do and done. Stuart takes a great pride in his work. It was clearly important to him that we were pleased with the job he did. And we were.

Stuart replaced the old aluminium guttering with white ogee guttering a couple of days ago. The work took the two man one day and it totally changed the image of the house, it now looks welcoming. Their workmanship is recommendable. They also were very polite, took time to answer any queries and left no rubbish.

I cannot fault the superb communication during the whole process from start to finish. The job was executed exactly as stated on the date agreed prior. Even had comments from my neighbours about how tidy and polite the crew were. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely outstanding work carried out by Stuart and his team, it wasn't a straightforward job but it was completed to a very high standard, the rotten fascias and soffits were removed and replaced with upvc, it now looks wonderful. Very conscientious about his wotk, very tidy too and at a very good price, would recommend to anyone.
